Project Description: Transparent Speech Bubble in OBS

This project allows users to create a visually appealing overlay for their OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) streams. The overlay consists of two main elements: a video and a speech bubble.

• Avatar Element: Users have the flexibility to incorporate their own animated 2D or 3D avatar, adding a dynamic visual element to the overlay. The position, size, and various attributes of the avatar can be effortlessly adjusted through the intuitive user interface.
• Speech Bubble: A customizable speech bubble is overlaid on top of the video. The text within the bubble can be dynamically updated via a JSON configuration file. The position, rotation, and size of the bubble can also be adjusted.
• Live Preview: Users can see a live preview of the overlay, making it convenient to fine-tune the appearance before using it in a live streaming environment by opening it as a normal webpage.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Intermediate skill for setting up OBS scenes, including nested scenes.
• Intermediate skill of streamer bot setup and functions.
• Intermediate skill with speaker bot.
